Fill out the form and then send it back to qatarpets@gmail.com , so that I may add you to the database.  Please fill out as much information as possible and as accurately as possible.  This will ensure that if your pets ever go missing, information can be sent to vets and around the Doha Pet Network immediately, and will also show proof of ownership to anyone finding your pet.

 Keeping a proper record of pets here that are currently in Qatar is one of the things I'd really love to set up.  Doha is really not that big, and with the extensive network of animal lovers out there, it nice to know that when a pet goes missing the message gets across quickly.  We recently found a couple of dogs, that were both microchipped.  But their owners had never bothered to register their pets with their vet or with us, and sadly we could not locate the owners of one of the dogs.  She was since re-homed and is now happy (but it would have been nice to find the 'real' owner, right? )

 I have been here for a while, and the people that have gotten to know me can vouch for my integrity and my love for animals. 

I have set up this word document form for you to fill out.   I will then add your pets to the a database of owners.   PLEASE send a picture of each pet, via the email address below  (only the pet, no human figures in the picture please), so that it can go into the database too.

The form is for one pet only; so for those of you that have more pets please save additional copies to fill out.

If you are one of those  people that rescued 4 kittens for example, and have no history on them, you can simple send me an e-mail with these details where applicable: 

• Your contact details and email address
• Breed (or breed type), age and sex of each animal
• where was it/they found, and did it/they have a collar on
• what is their temperament
• already Vaccinated or not?
• Neutered or Spayed?
• Photo's are a must.....  please send separate JPEG format photographs. Do not send flyer in a word document, as the quality cannot be reproduced online if I try to extract the photo.

I hate spam, with a passion!  So remember to avoid, when you can to place your e-mail address available to public domain, such as in a forum.  That's how spammers get to you.  When you submit a form to me it will be sent to the email address of this website and I can update the database.  I will NEVER share your details with any third parties; I promise!  If you are looking to re-home your pet, then I can forward your number or e-mail address if you like in order to assist you.  Please note that items marked with * are required fields.  The more info you submit the better the database will eventually be.  In the interest of finding homes for the animals please indicate if you DO NOT want your phone number or e-mail posted up online.  If I get no word, I'll assume it's correct.  This procedure facilitates  you finding a home for your pet as quickly as possible by allowing them to contact you directly.  Please let me know when an animal has been adopted out so that I can take their details off the website.
